Keeping active during Lockdown is important for both your physical and mental health.
It is really important we all keep active every day, especially whilst we are in lockdown due to Covid-19. Even though there are restrictions in place for being able to go out from home there are a variety different ways we are able to keep active.
Mr Burton, our Sports Coach on a Friday, will be posting Online PE lessons on Mondays, Wednesday and Friday - give them a try! or you can log in to Joe Wicks to take part in his workouts on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning starting at 9am.

We know that PE will look a bit different this half term, but we still want you to be active!
This week, Mr Burton has set three workouts : one for Monday, Wednesday and Friday. These will keep you moving, build stamina and stretch your muscles.
If you are in Reception, year one or year two, you might like to take part in this fun challenge - ask an adult to send a photo of you completing one of these fun challenges.
